Are we insured?
Yes, we are a fully insured and bonded cleaning service. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Notify us within 24 hours if you are not satisfied with the cleaning we provided and we will return to correct the issue free of charge.
What are your rates?
Every home is unique and have different cleaning needs. Our pricing is based on many factors which include the frequency of cleaning, the sq footage of the house and the number of people and pets living in the property, etc. Please contact Brileys Cleaning for more information.
What to do before cleaning day.
In order for our team to clean your home efficiently we ask you to do the following before your schedule time:
Please have floors and countertops free of clutter.
Please make sure your sink is empty so we can clean it thoroughly.
Have jewelry and other valuable items secure.
Please have pets secured. We recommend that you put them away in a separate room or outside during the cleaning process. This will ensure that cleaner can focus on the task at hand without being distracted or interrupted by your furry friends.
Do we require clients to be home during the cleaning?
No. We understand that most people work during the day and can't be home during the cleaning service. You can provide us a spare key or garage code.
Do we provide all the supplies, equipment and tools?
Yes. We provide our team all the supplies and tools necessary to clean your home. We are committed to the safety and health of If you have any questions or preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to contact us and we'll do everything we can to work with your request.
What if we miss?
We use cleaning methods that ensure your home receives the most consistent clean every time. During your first consultation, we'll create a customized cleaning plan that's designed to accomodate all of your specific requests. This cleaning plan is passed along to your cleaner with a detailed checklist for your service. However, we do recognize that perfection is not always possible. which is why we back all of our work with a satisfaction guarantee. We're happy to correct our mistakes at no additional cost to you when you contact us within 24 hours of your most recent service.
What form of payment is accepted?
We accept cash*, check, Paypal, and Zelle. We required same day payment. You can pay before, during or after the service completed.
*Cash payments- Our team members do not carry cash and are unable to provide change. Please keep this in consideration when choosing to pay with cash.
